Hi bloggers, today I am blogging about Mindfulness. Mindfulness is where you relax and focus on your body. One of the main topics we do in Mindfulness is yoga. Yoga is something that you do when you want to calm down your body. My favorite pose is child pose because you can feel your breath laying on your knees. Our Mindfulness teacher was Miss Ikonofo. She told us just to relax and calm down this is just a moment for you. She also said that when you're angry or other emotions you just have to take deep breaths. At the end of Mindfulness we had relaxation for 5 minutes. It was really relaxing and tiring. Thanks for reading my blog post.
