Today I am blogging about my racism personal response. We had to fill in boxes about racism. We watched a video when Jane Elliot said that the blue eyed people are smart and that the brown people are dumb and that they couldn't play on the playground and they had to watch a collar. The next day she said that she was lieing and that the blue eyed people are dumb and the brown eyed people are smarter and the blue eyed people had to go through what the brown eyed people went through. At the end she said is it bad if we are different and the kids said no. After that we did a response and had to finish the whole thing. So now we all know we are all different but thats OK.

Reading Week 10
Hi Bloggers,
this week I am blogging about my reading task that I did this week.
My first activity is a spoken word poem. I liked how she described what she thought it was and what she felt when it started. We also had to listen to a poem about racism and then we had to record her words that she said in her poem.
My second task was Kahoot! We had to read a book called "Being Kiwi" it's about fairness and that we are all the same. I liked that it was really fun but I'm still working on it.
