Hey bloggers, it's me Leilah. Today I am blogging about mindfulness. At mindfulness Miss Ikinofo showed us how to do mindfulness. My favorite part was the relaxation where you had to lie down on your back and relax and to stay calm. There were four rules that we have to do in mindfulness. To be kind, be curious, to be patient and to stay in the present. We learnt that if our mind is in a storm full of thoughts you could calm yourself with mindfulness. The yoga poses we did at mindfulness was table top, child pose, under dog, snake and butterfly pose.
